Please read these terms carefully before using the 88fbb platform. By registering or using the platform, you are considered to have automatically agreed to all of these terms.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 88fbb platform ("we", "our" or "88fbb") and the user ("you", "member" or "player"). By accessing the 88fbb.lat website, registering an account, or using any of its services, you agree to be fully bound by all of the following terms.
These terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered an integral part of these terms.
Important: If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the 88fbb platform. For any questions, contact our support team.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
To use 88fbb's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
- You must be a resident of a country or region where online gaming and betting is not prohibited.
- You must have a valid account and all information provided in that account must be true and accurate.
- You must bet in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
- You are not undergoing any bankruptcy proceedings or legally incapable of making financial decisions.
- You are not a person previously banned or suspended by 88fbb.
88fbb reserves the right to verify age. A national identity card or other government-issued identification may be requested at any time after account registration. Any account found to belong to someone under 21 will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
3. Account Registration & Management
3.1 One Account Only
Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, 88fbb reserves the right to close them and forfeit any funds held in those accounts. Attempting to gain an advantage through bonus fraud or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number and email at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. If you need to update your information, contact the support team for assistance.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Please note: 88fbb will never ask for your password. If anyone asks for it, that is a fraud attempt — please inform us immediately.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
88fbb supports the most widely used mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh, making it easy for you to deposit and withdraw funds.
Deposit Conditions
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
- Deposit requests are generally processed quickly
- Deposited funds must come from your own account
- Deposits via third-party accounts or credit cards are not permitted
Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Generally processed within 1 hour
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used to deposit
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed
- Withdrawals may be restricted if an active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled
Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank or any scheduled commercial bank can be used for bank transfers. Bank transfers may take slightly longer for withdrawals.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
88fbb offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the conditions below carefully before using these offers.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
- ৳6,000 or more deposited → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000
The welcome bonus applies only once per new account.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 — this amount must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. The original deposited amount is separately withdrawable at any time.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer is available only once per device, household, address or IP address.
- If an account is closed after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
- 88fbb reserves the right to cancel a bonus if promotional conditions are violated.
- Terms for other ongoing promotions and cashback offers will be communicated separately.
- VIP members receive cashback benefits across three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all games and betting activities on 88fbb:
- All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled — exceptions may apply due to technical issues.
- 88fbb's decision is final in determining the outcome of bets.
- 88fbb reserves the right to void any bonus or reward issued due to a technical error or server problem.
- Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts on the same event or attempting to gain any strategic advantage is prohibited.
- In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the amount wagered on that bet will generally be refunded.
- Live casino game results are determined by the game provider's server and are impartial and verifiable.
- Slot game results are determined by a random number generator (RNG) — there are no patterns or guaranteed winning methods.
Fraudulent activity, use of bots, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage may result in permanent account closure along with legal action.
7. Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 88fbb platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
Fraudulent Activities
- Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses
- Operating an account under a false identity
- Using third-party payment methods
- Hacking or exploiting system vulnerabilities
Illegal Activities
- Using the platform for money laundering
- Collecting personal information of other users
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Accessing another person's account without permission
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Rights of 88fbb
88fbb may suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without notice, particularly in the following cases:
- Breach of terms or suspected fraud
- Failed age verification or provision of false information
- Suspicious money laundering activity
- Direction from a legal or regulatory authority
- Self-exclusion request or responsible gaming concerns
8.2 User Rights
You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. All active bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed, and the settlement of any withdrawable balance will be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88fbb is not liable for:
- Any loss or missed bets resulting from loss of internet connectivity.
- Any errors or delays caused by third-party service providers (game developers, payment gateways).
- Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence or security lapses.
- Unforeseen technical outages or force majeure events.
- The general risks of gambling in gaming — full responsibility for financial losses lies with the user.
