Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming at 88fbb
We believe enjoyable gaming means safe gaming. At 88fbb, player protection, healthy gaming habits, and mental well-being are our highest priorities.
Our Responsibility Pledge
88fbb is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for players in Bangladesh.
Online gaming is a great source of entertainment for many — the thrill of betting on a cricket match, the excitement of slots, or the experience of a live casino. But like any form of entertainment, gaming is best enjoyed within limits. At 88fbb, we do not just offer a gaming experience — we make sure every player understands their situation and plays in control.
Responsible gaming does not mean enjoying yourself less. It means playing with awareness — deciding for yourself how much time and money to spend, and having the courage to stop when needed. On this page we share the tools, information, and resources that will help you keep gaming healthy and enjoyable.
Remember: Gaming is for entertainment only — not as a source of income. Placing more bets to recover lost money is never the solution.
Safe Gaming Features
88fbb keeps these features available at all times for player safety.
Age Verification & Account Protection
88fbb is only for people aged 21 or above. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Keeping minors away from gaming is our responsibility.
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and changing it requires a waiting period.
Time Limits & Break Feature
Automatic break reminders are available after extended play. You can also put your account on a break for a set period — from 24 hours to several weeks.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, you can choose the self-exclusion option. This closes your account for a set period or permanently.
Round-the-Clock Support
For any questions or concerns related to responsible gaming, our 24/7 live chat support and email support are always ready to assist in both Bengali and English.
Gaming History Review
You can view a complete record of your betting history, deposits, and withdrawals. This is especially helpful for understanding your own patterns and making informed decisions.
Recognising the Signs of Problematic Gaming
It is important to understand when gaming is shifting from entertainment to a problem. If you notice any of the signs below in yourself or someone close to you, please seek help.
- A tendency to keep placing larger bets to try to recover lost money
- Trying to stop gaming but being unable to
- Spending more time on gaming than on family, friends, or work
- Betting with household money or borrowed money
- Lying to family or loved ones about gaming
- Feeling restless or irritable when unable to game
- Sleep, eating, or daily routines being disrupted
Ways to Keep Yourself Safe
Follow these habits to enjoy gaming responsibly at 88fbb.
Set a Budget First
Decide how much money you will spend before you start gaming. Once you reach that limit, stop for the day.
Set a Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play each day. Take regular breaks and make sure you have time for sleep, family, and work.
Think of It as Entertainment
Think of gaming as an entertainment expense — like watching a film or eating out — not as a source of income.
Do Not Play Under Stress
Avoid gaming when you are feeling down, angry, or under stress. It is harder to make good decisions in that state.
Account Controls & Protection Tools
88fbb offers several effective features to keep your gaming experience in control.
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount from your account settings. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period, which protects you from making decisions in the heat of the moment.
Time-Out
Use the time-out feature for a short-term break. Take a break from gaming for any period from 24 hours to 30 days. You will not be able to log in during this time, but your account will become active again once the period ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, self-exclusion is the most effective step. It closes your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reopened. Contact support via live chat or email to activate this option.
Bet Limits
You can set the maximum amount for each bet yourself. This reduces the risk of large losses in a single session and helps keep your gaming budget under control over the long term.
How to use these tools: Log in to your 88fbb account and go to the "Account Settings" or "Responsible Gaming" section. Our live chat team is available 24/7 for any assistance.
Protecting Minors
88fbb is a platform for people aged 21 and above only. Keeping minors away from gaming is our ethical responsibility.
If there are children or teenagers in your household, please follow these guidelines:
- Never share your account details (username and password) with anyone else.
- Always log out of your account after use.
- Use a password lock or biometric protection on your device.
- Install parental control software on children's devices.
- If you suspect a minor is using 88fbb, contact support immediately.
